Aiton Wholesale LTD Return Policy

All returns must be accompanied by a RETURN FORM. (Obtain from your Aiton Sales Rep or head office)

Reasons for the return are to be clearly stated.

Re-stocking fee of 15% will be charged on everyday warehouse items. Along with the cost of shipping.

*As always, if the product needs to be returned to the warehouse due to a mistake of ours, WE WILL FIX IT😊 (examples are: Picking error, sales rep error, etc..)

Returns for used products with a manufacturer defect approved on case-by-case basis. *Reach out to your sales rep or head office for approval.*

100% Credit on Items damaged in SHIPPING, though we need to be made aware within 24 hours.

NO credit is given for items returned to the warehouse that has a store sticker or store price already on it; we cannot resell these items.

NO RETURNS on seasonal items, including gift cards and stationery.

NO RETURNS accepted on our booking orders.

No credit given for mistreated/worn-out products. 

*ANY DAMAGED GOOD OR EXPIRED ITEM MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS.
